I have represented hundreds of business people in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and litigating contracts of all kinds, from purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, LLC operating agreements, to real estate documents, licensing, software design, and construction contracts, to employment agreements, profit sharing agreements, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements, loan agreements, as well as a whole host of others. It is important for me to understand what the client's risks are, what the client wants to accomplish with the agreement, and to achieve the client's objectives as closely as possible, simply and clearly.
