I frequently help clients to work on employee matters. I have negotiated and written a number of key employee and executive employment contracts, non-disclosure and non-competition/non-diversion of business agreements, profit sharing, stock ownership and related employee agreements. I have represented employees and employers in substantial cases of employee theft, sexual harassment, breach of employment contracts, and discrimination issues. I like to work with employers and employees in advanced planning on how to avoid unpleasantness and lack of productivity that these issues present. I have helped employers draft employee policy manuals.
